Customers and suppliers
One central master data set for customers and suppliers. Each detail is entered once and used in the quote, order, contract and invoice.
The demonstration runs by itself. It shows a painting business, a sheet-metal business, an electrician and an engineering office in turn, each with sample data.
Demonstration of fictional management software with sample data. It shows a painting business, a sheet-metal business, an electrician in three customisations and an engineering office in turn. For each business: quote with quantities and material list, project planning with a date being moved, finances with a payment being recorded.
The businesses are examples. Each program is built for a single business. Further examples: plumbing and heating, masonry, furniture making.
In separate programs, the same data is entered several times and copied by hand. In your own system, the existing data triggers the subsequent steps: orders, contracts, quotes and invoices are created without entering the data again.
Fixed rules, no AI needed. You define which processes run automatically and where you give approval.
Sales, purchasing, warehouse and projects work with the same data. You choose what your business needs. We develop further building blocks according to your processes.
One central master data set for customers and suppliers. Each detail is entered once and used in the quote, order, contract and invoice.
Quotes with your calculation rules and prices. The order, project and invoice are created from the accepted quote.
Orders to suppliers with a status from draft to goods receipt. Order proposals are created from the stock.
Article master data with stock and minimum stock per storage location. A fall below the minimum stock triggers the order proposal.
Tasks, dates and hours per project. The target/actual comparison is visible while the project is running.
Invoices and interim invoices from the order and the recorded services. Open items are shown in one overview.
Contracts, confirmations and letters from your templates. The program inserts the existing data.
The key figures of the business on the start page. Each role sees only the data that is approved for it.
The program is tailored to your processes so that it works without AI.The automation works with fixed rules, and your business does not depend on AI. AI is only needed in particular cases, for example when reading documents such as invoices. On request, we also implement individual functions with AI, for example an assistant that answers questions about your data. Fixed limits apply to these functions.
Whether and where data is processed by an AI model is defined by contract for each customer.
We record your processes and the existing spreadsheets. Result: a list of requirements and a fixed-price quote.
You receive a demo that you can operate, with sample data, in the visual appearance of your business.
All agreed modules. After that, two feedback rounds with adjustments, and your approval.
Server and hosting are set up. The functional test takes place at your business.
Existing data is transferred and the staff are trained. After that, supported operation begins.
You receive a quote with work packages and individual prices. The contract terms are enclosed with the quote.
Self-check with six questions, about two minutes. The evaluation also names the case in which standard software is sufficient for your business.
You do not need us at present. Your processes are well covered by the existing standard software. A custom-developed program would not be economical. Repeat the test if the number of staff or projects rises significantly.
In several places, work is done twice or a timely key figure is missing. One program for all areas is not essential. It makes sense to start with the module that replaces the most effort, for example time recording with target/actual comparison.
Multiple data entry, late key figures and processes outside the software occur in your business at the same time. In the initial call, we record your processes and estimate the scope and the fixed price.
Axenis is a South Tyrolean business. The functional test takes place at your business. Consulting and support are provided in German and Italian.
We come to your business and record your processes where they take place: in administration, in the warehouse and in production. We bring experience from business management, production processes and administrative processes.
The program is built on these processes. The more precisely a process is understood, the more precisely the program represents it. For this reason, understanding the processes comes at the start of every project. From the recording of the processes to operation, you have one contact person.
Briefly describe your business and the task. The initial call is non-binding.
